How do I determine the correct ski or snowboard size for me?
Sizing depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head, while snowboards should reach your chin. Check our detailed sizing guide or visit us in-store for a professional fitting.
What is your return policy on winter sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted bindings and custom-fitted boots are final sale.
Do you offer professional tuning and waxing services?
Yes, Willi's provides full-service tuning, including precision edge sharpening, base repair, and temperature-specific waxing to ensure your equipment performs at its best.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping for skis and boards usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Are my bindings pre-mounted when I purchase a ski package?
For safety and liability reasons, bindings are shipped unmounted. We recommend having a certified technician at Willi's or your local shop mount and test your bindings with your specific boots.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
